Day 01

Katunayaka/ Anuradhapura

Anuradhapura is one of the Ancient Capitals of Sri Lanka famous for its well reserved ruins of ancient civilization. The city now UNESCO World Heritage site was the center of Buddhist culture for many centuries.

The city has some most complex Irrigation Systems of the ancient world. Situated in the dry zone and many huge tanks built by the ancient Rulers, still survive to watch.

1st Night – Palm Village - Anuradapura

Day 02


Leave Anurdhapuraya and proceed to Jaffna through the Nothern highway watching the change of life style and cultural differences from Sinhalese to Tamil Community.

Reaching Jaffna through elephant pass is a new experience for both foreigners and locals tourists after 30 years of internal war in Sri Lanka. Therefore the foreigners are very enthusiastic and excited to watch this area where you find so many war ruins.

Jaffna is the capital city of the Northern Province of Sri Lanka. It is the administrative headquarters of the Jaffna district located on a peninsula of the same name.

2nd and 3rd night - Jaffna

Day 04

Jaffna/ Tincomalee

Reach Trincomalee through Kilinochchi and Mulative areas which were controlled by the Tamil Garilla movement during the war period. Trincomalee is the main city of East which is world famous natural harbor located in very strategic point in the Indian Ocean. The natural beauty is enriched with the falling of the longest river, Mahavili in to the sea. Sandy Beaches, Ancient Temples, Lover’s Leap, Natural Port and Hot Water Wells are some of the places mostly attracted by the tourists.

4th night and 5th Night – Trincomalee- Chaya Blue Hotel

Day 6

Tincomalee/ Sigiriya

Reach Dambulla and watch the Ancient Cave Temple and thereafter proceed to Sigiriya to climb the rock. Sigiriya is an ancient palace build up on the top of a rock and decorated its sites with colorful frescoes. Today it is a UNESCO listed world heritage site and is one of the best preserved examples of ancient urban planning. It is the most visited historic site in Sri Lanka.

Dambulla/ Kandy

Temple of Tooth Relic

Kandy was the last capital of the Sri Lankan kings and is a UNESCO world heritage site mainly due to the temple. This temple was Built up in the year 1595 which houses the Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha, located in the Royal Palace Complex of the former Kingdom of Kandy.

4th and 5th Night – Benthota – Cinnamon Bay Hotel

Botanical Garden

This was established in 1861 and exclusively open for the Kandyan Royalty in early years. Now it is open for the common people. This is the largest and most impressive botanical garden in Sri Lanka where you find rare collection of flowers including the finest Orchid in the world.
