Day 01

Hill City Kandy

Proceed Along the Kandy Road

Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage

From the airport proceed along the historical Kandy Road which is the first highway built up by the British Government. On the way before reaching Kandy turn off to Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage was established in 1975 in Pinnawala off Kandy Road in a natural beautiful park bordering to the Ma Oya River, sheltering baby elephants founded in Jungles in Sri Lanka. You will watch elephants playing & bathing in the river. Feeding milk to baby elephants is a rare opportunity to watch.

Passing Through the historical Kadugannawa Hill, Reach to capital city of Hill country, Kandy.

Temple of Tooth Relic

Kandy was the last capital of the Sri Lankan kings and is a UNESCO world heritage site mainly due to the temple. This temple was Built up in the year 1595 which houses the Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha, located in the Royal Palace Complex of the former Kingdom of Kandy.

Botanical Garden

This was established in 1861 and exclusively open for the Kandyan Royalty in early years. Now it is open for the common people. This is the largest and most impressive botanical garden in Sri Lanka where you find rare collection of flowers including the finest Orchid in the world.

Day 02

Relax at Negombo Beach

Leave Kandy and reach Negombo beach in three hours. Passing through many traditional handy craft centers in Sri Lanka.

The City Negombo is located five kilometers from Bandaranayake International Airport. It is moderate fish port used by Portuguese and Dutch. Negombo is known for its huge and old fishing industry with busy fish markets and sandy beaches.

Negombo is visited by most of the tourists where you find five star hotels and entertainment activities in the night.
